May move to Georgia w/ 17 y/o autistic son. Are there good services & activities? Where?
Son is verbal and social. Immediate needs are good special ed school, state medicaid waiver and fun things to do. Later will need assisted living and a job. Have no idea in which county to move. Thank you!
Maybe you could try asking the Regional Center or school staff where your son is currently attending about where in Georgia would be a good place for you to move with him. Maybe they could refer you to someone who might have the answers that you need.

Mayor Jack Chiovatero on Tuesday apologized to New Berlin residents for saying in an e-mail last week that the city is filled with prejudiced and bigoted people.
