How would someine become a community activist and participate in park structuring?
I live in Visalia, CA. I would like to see a part of land not yet cultivated, to be transformed into a Bike park. I would also like to see a dog park on the South West of Visalia. I am a very outgoung young man, I will work with, help, and assist in the constructuion of this project.
