Assisted Living veterans
Know anything about this group? American Association for Wartime Veterans?

Does anyone know anything about this group? They claim they are a privately held community outreach service formed to provide information about the Improved Pension Program to wartime veterans/surviving spouses who reside in long term care/Assisted Living Facilities.

While they don’t take any money/fees, they will refer you to a financial planner – who will gladly take your $$. Anyone ever used them? My sister went to a meeting last night, she said it seemed like she was going to have to buy a time-share before it was all said and done.

Thanks.

Never heard of them but just looked up the website and at the bottom it says…they are a private organization that is not affliated with any government organizations. I would maybe check with the BBB and see if they have anything on them.
