Assisted Living Oregon coast
Where in western Oregon should I move to?
We are moving from Boise, ID area and would love to move within 3 hours of the Oregon Coast. Somewhere realitively cheap to rent, and very green would be great! Fiance is in the National Guard and I am certified to work in a Assisted Living for the Elderly…. All help is appreciated! Thanks
The town that impressed me the most in my drives through Oregon was Waldport. It’s “Where the forest meets the sea.” There’s a feeling about the town I got upon arriving which sort of reminded me of Mayberry RFD, the old TV show.
Normally there are signs in cities that say “No fishing from bridge,” but here the kids were laying on their bellies, alongside of their StingRay bicycles and fishing their hearts out. It was almost like a Norman Rockwell picture.
If I had to live in Oregon, Waldport would be my town of choice. Look at this picture and you will see why.
