Assisted Living options california
I live in California and need assistance with housing?
I am a full time college student and work two jobs. However I do not make enough money to be able to afford rent AND living expenses (Food, PG&E, ect…) Moving back in with my parents is not an option (They dont live in the same city as my college) and I am currently in the dorms and I will NEVER live here again (I have never been treated as badly by anyone than by the managment here, I was shocked). So I was wondering if there were any programs in California I may qualify for that could assist in rent. My biggest issue is that my parents still claim me as a dependant even though I do not live at home….Please i am getting desperate and my lease is up in a couple months.
see if you can’t rent a room from someone. sometimes you can do that cheaply. maybe you could get a roomate and find a very cheap apartment. try craig’s list. good luck
