How much money should a lab technician ask for?
I’m applying for a position as a lab technician at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory on Long Island. They ask to indicate salary requirements on the cover letter, but I have absolutely no idea what to ask for.
It’s a difficult question to ask people who are not from Long Island, since the standard of living is so high here, so please indicate your location if you choose to answer.
