Please help my friend find her brother?
I am trying to find my friends brother she has not seen him in along time. They share the same mother, Geneva Penley. His name is Larry Eugene Blackwell,He was born in 11/1945-46 in North Carolina. When his dad died the mom remarried and apparently this man and he had a falling out, The parents are both gone now. The sister, my friend is named Monica Evans. They lived in Indiana, he left after a fight with the step dad and has not been around since. My friend has a mental handicap so this weighs on her. Places its said he has been are California, Hawaii, Arizona, Indiana. Pleae assist if possible.
