Carol Rohrabaugh, a 40-year resident of Northbrook, was elected as state president of the Illinois State Chapter of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization. Rohrabaugh has been a member of the state board for the past six years, serving as secretary, treasurer and vice president during this time.
